It features a bedroom with a double bed, a bright, natural-light bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a spacious kitchen-living room with a pull-out couch*, a flat-screen TV, and a well-equipped kitchenette including a dishwasher, oven, drip coffee maker, and electric kettle. The kitchen-living area opens onto a private, furnished south-facing terrace with a small garden.*The pull-out couch is suitable for 1 adult + 1 child or for 2 children up to 12 years old. For groups of 4 adults or 2 teenage children, an additional guest bed is provided in addition to the pull-out couch.<br> Towels, bed linens, and Wi-Fi are provided free of charge in this holiday rental.<br> We’re happy to provide baby gear (high chair, travel cot) upon request. In the laundry room, you’ll find a washing machine and a drying rack.<br> Despite its close proximity to the town centre, the holiday rental is located in a quiet residential area, and free parking is available right in front of the property.
