"Villa Sorgenfei" is ideal for families with children and grandparents or couples travelling together. It can accommodate 7 adults and 1 toddler.
The villa features a barrier-free bedroom on the ground floor with a walk-in shower/bath and a sauna. Upstairs, the house offers two bedrooms and a dressing room. The upstairs bathroom has 2 sinks, 1 toilet, 1 shower, and 1 XXL whirlpool designed for 2 people. It features 8 rotating whirlpool jets in the back and side areas, 14 floor jets that are infinitely adjustable, and a selectable automatic interval function that can be controlled individually. Finally, the LED spotlights with changing colours ensure pure relaxation.

The holiday home is located not far from the large marina in Zinnowitz. It’s about 250 steps to the Achterwasser lagoon and about 1,900 metres to the Baltic Sea beach. For those who aren’t into beach life,
offers many other options, from extended bike rides—on uniquely developed bike paths stretching over 200 kilometres—or hikes to sightseeing tours of the imperial spas.
There are also beach sections designated for dogs. The beach promenade, with its many cafés and restaurants, invites you to stroll and stop for a bite to eat.
