"Strohhut," a child-friendly vacation home in Zinnowitz. The outdoor hot tub overlooking the Achterwasser is the real highlight. The sauna and beach chair ensure a relaxing vacation.

"Straw hat". Spend the most beautiful time of the year in our new dream holiday house 'straw hat'. We have furnished our beautiful thatched roof house with great attention to detail.

Notes on additional costs and fees:
Electricity, heating water, laundry package, use of outdoor whirlpool and bicycles are included.
Please pay your tourist tax in advance by bank transfer.
The deposit is € 150 and is payable in advance.
A pet can be booked for an additional charge. Please contact your agency to book additional pets.

7 people and 1 baby can be comfortably accommodated in the three bedrooms and a beautiful cot. Already in the morning you are expected by the sun in the bright, cozy living area with an adjacent terrace and large garden (plot approx. 800 sqm). On cooler days, you can end the evening after a wellness session in front of the crackling fireplace with a cup of tea. When the weather is nice, you can enjoy the many hours of sunshine on the terrace with a game or barbecue.
The luxuriously equipped fitted kitchen makes cooking together a pleasure on vacation. The wellness bath with shower and sauna and another shower bath let the day begin relaxed. The highlight is our outdoor whirlpool with a view of backwater, which can be used all year round (water 36 degrees).


A bottle of wine is available as a welcome gift.

Two televisions, DVD and CD players, books, toys, high chairs, games, DVDs, CDs, area maps, electric grills, handcarts, beach chairs at the house and four bicycles are just a few amenities and are of course available to our guests free of charge. Another baby travel bed is available to our guests.

Tolle ruhige Lage und trotzdem ist man fix mit dem Fahrrad am Strand. Das Haus wirkt sauber und Aufgeräumt. Wir hatten nichts zu bemängeln und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Ferienhaus hat enormes Potenzial, die Lage und Ausstattung bieten eine gute Grundlage für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Es war jedoch erkennbar, dass das Haus bereits mehrfach bewohnt wurde, was verständlich ist.Während unseres Aufenthalts sind uns einige Kleinigkeiten aufgefallen, die wir der Hausverwaltung sofort mitgeteilt haben. Der Austausch war stets freundlich, dennoch hätten wir uns gewünscht, dass einige Punkte direkt behoben worden wären, wie z. B. die altersbedingt verschlissenen Schaukel-Seile. Leider riss eines, wodurch meine Tochter unsanft auf dem Rasen landete.Ein weiterer Punkt waren Bauarbeiten vor dem Objekt, die ab 6:15 Uhr begannen. Auch wenn die Hausverwaltung hierfür nichts konnte, wäre eine Vorab-Info hilfreich gewesen. Zudem wäre es sinnvoll, die Mückennetze im Haus zu erneuern oder flächendeckend zu montieren, da die Lage am Achterwasser viele Mücken mit sich bringt, was sich auch an den Zimmerwänden zeigte.Die weiteren Kleinigkeiten möchten wir nicht alle aufzählen, um der Hausverwaltung die Chance zu geben, diese eigenständig auszubessern. Es handelte sich zwar nur um Kleinigkeiten, in der Summe hinterließen sie jedoch einen Eindruck, den man sich im Urlaub nicht wünscht.Zusammenfassend: Das Ferienhaus hat viel Potenzial, einige Verbesserungen wären jedoch wünschenswert, um den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer zu machen.

Sehr schönes und top ausgestattetes Haus. Sauna und Whirlpool waren tolle Extras. Das Bett/die Matratze im Schlafzimmer oben fand ich persönlich sehr unbequem und hatte Rückenschmerzen. Mag aber Geschmacksache sein. Leider etwas getrübte Ruhe durch eine Baustelle nebenan. Die Vermieter haben aber gut reagiert.

Urlaub in Zinnowitz

Das Objekt ist wunderschön, sehr ruhig gelegen und bietet alles, um entspannt einen Urlaub zu verbringen. Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Für Hundebesitzer ist eventuell wichtig zu wissen, dass das Grundstück nicht eingezäunt ist, sondern nur durch eine Hecke eingeschlossen wird.

Schön, aber nicht sehr schön!

Schönes Ferienhaus mit Whirlpool und Sauna, tolle Lage, direkt am Bodden, jeden Morgen kommt der Rehbock zum Äsen und auch die Störche trafen ein. Fahrräder standen schon zur Verfügung, obwohl dies erst ab Mai sein sollte, die Heizung funktionierte und auch die Betten waren gut.Allerdings passt einiges nicht zum Haus, was als luxuriös ausgestattet beworben wird! So sind 7 Abendbrotteller für 6 bzw. 7 Personen einfach zu wenig. Jeden Morgen die Spülmaschine anzuwerfen halten wir ökologisch für wenig sinnvoll. Im Übrigen wurde der erste Spülgang nicht sauber, hier mussten wir die Maschine erst einmal generell entkeimen, da sie verstopft war! Nach dem die Saison gerade los geht, war dies schon verwunderlich und auch nicht so erquickend. Auch am Abfluss im unteren Bad sollte mal was getan werden, sonst geht dieser bald zu. Bei den Gläsern könnte man ebenfalls mal etwas tun, für 6 Personen reichen z.B. drei Schnapsgläser bei allem Optimismus nicht. Und auch die anderen Gläser sind zusammengewürfelt und garantiert nicht luxuriös. Auch das Besteck entspricht nicht mehr dem heutigen Standard. Von der verrosteten, defekten Schere in der Küche ganz zu schweigen. Und wenn man da mal einen Einsatz macht, bitte die Stühle mit anschauen, mancher braucht etwas Leim, sonst fällt er bald auseinander. Ach und dass die Ameisen im unteren Bad und Schlafzimmer laut Objektverwalterin nur für 4 Wochen im Jahr anwesend sind, wollen wir mal hoffen.

Haustiere erlaubt "hahaha"

Es kam kein Aufenthalt zu stande, denn als Haustier gilt hier nur der Hund, was in der Objektbeschreibung nirgends steht. Nach Anzahlung und Anmeldung des Haustier wurde meine Katze verweigert.

Dies steht auch so in der Reservierungsbestätigung bzw. dem Mietvertrag. Dem Mietvertrag entsprechend wurde Ihnen die Anzahlung auch wieder zurückgezahlt. Ihre Vorschläge zur Verbesserung bezüglich der Punkte „Sauberkeit, Check-in, Kommunikation, Lage“ können von Ihnen nicht bewertet werden, da keine Anreise Ihrerseits stattgefunden hat. Selbstverständlich bedauern wir die damaligen Unannehmlichkeiten und entschuldigen uns.

Der Strohhut ist ein wunderbares Ferienhaus, mit überdurchschnittlicher Ausstattung, in dem wir nicht das Geringste vermisst haben. Alles lief reibungslos und wir haben uns sehr Wohl gefühlt!

Ein wirklich schönes Haus

Das Haus Strohhut ist ein in jeder Hinsicht schönes Ferienhaus. Sehr gepflegter Zustand, alles da was man braucht, unverbauter Blick auf die Bucht von Zinnowitz und in einem schön angelegten Ferienhaus-Park gelegen. Aktuell wird dieser positive Eindruck jedoch durch eine direkt an das Grundstück angrenzende Baustelle getrübt, über die wir im Vorwege leider nicht informiert waren. Bei nur einer Woche Urlaub hätten wir uns sonst sicherlich für ein anderes Objekt entschieden, um nicht, wie leider geschehen, schon morgens Kreissägen-, Bohrer- und Hammergeräusche zu hören. Dementsprechend war unsere Laune etwas im Keller. Nach einigem E-Mail-Verkehr konnten wir uns mit dem Vermieter aber auf einen Nachlass einigen und haben das Beste aus der Situation gemacht, in dem Haus selbst haben wir uns in jedem Fall wohl gefühlt. Fazit: Sobald die Bauarbeiten abgeschlossen sind (oder für diejenigen, die eine Baustelle nicht stört) ist das Haus Strohhut definitiv eine Buchung wert.

Eine Information im Vorfeld war leider sehr schwierig, da auf der Baustelle sehr unregelmäßig gearbeitet wird. Der Baulärm hat nun auch hoffentlich ein Ende, da zwischenzeitlich das Dach fertiggestellt ist. Wir freuen uns Sie wieder bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen.
