Why they chose this property

This is a family friendly neighborhood surrounded by caring neighbors. The house is very private with our private garage. We just finished remodeling the house and everything is brand new with a touch of modern style. Our house location is very centric where just in 25-40 minutes you can enjoy the beautiful beach of Coson, Las Terrenas, Samana, watch the whales during the month of Feb-March, visit Los Haitices, Salto del Limon.
