Welcome to our 5-star holiday rental “Beim Rosengarten” in Holthaus, a area in the municipality of Lindern. Enjoy your holiday in our comfortable, non-smoking apartment. With 80 square metres of living space, we offer plenty of comfort for 4 people. Our holiday rental is housed in a separate building on our property that was completely renovated in 2009 and consists of 1 living room with an open passageway to the fully equipped kitchen, a hallway, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom. From the living room, you have direct access to the 35-square-meter covered terrace overlooking the rose garden. The apartment is wheelchair-accessible and furnished to be suitable for seniors and children. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed, as we also rent to guests with allergies.

The spacious and bright living room is equipped with a wood-burning stove, a cosy seating area, and an inviting reading nook. The sofa can be pulled out and used as an additional double bed. A TV, radio, CD and DVD players, a collection of games, and various books are provided for your entertainment.

You’ll find a high-speed internet connection in our large hallway, which is also equipped with a desk and a coat rack. Here you’ll also find the direct-dial phone and the high-speed internet connection. In the hallway closet, you’ll also find everything you need to keep the apartment clean (cleaning supplies, vacuum cleaner, broom, and dustpan). An iron, ironing board, and clothes rack are also provided.

The fully equipped kitchen (oven, 4-zone ceramic cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartments, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, egg cooker, toaster, etc.) is connected to the living room via an open passageway. A high chair can be provided upon request. You’ll find shopping options for your daily needs in the nearby towns of Lindern or Werlte.

The first bedroom faces the terrace—with a view of the idyllic garden. The second bedroom is particularly bright thanks to its two windows and, like bedroom 1, is furnished with a double bed and a closet. From this bedroom, you’ll enjoy a magnificent view of the expansive landscape and the sunrise or sunset. A cot with all necessary accessories (mattress, comforter, bedding) is available and can be provided free of charge upon request. A baby bathtub and a baby monitor are also available. Additional blankets and pillows are provided or can be made available upon request. In one of the bedrooms, you also have the option of securely storing your valuables in a safe.

The modern bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a sink. A washing machine, dryer, and hair dryer are also provided. The bathroom also features underfloor heating. We provide an ample supply of hand and bath towels. You’ll also find dressing gowns here for your use.

From the large covered terrace, you can step out into the expansive rose and fruit garden, where you can enjoy nature and unwind from everyday life. Our holiday rental, newly built at the end of 2009, has been lovingly furnished and has been available to our guests since March 2010.
