Luxury Paseo Townhome on Quad with Semi-Private Pool
Welcome to our modern and luxurious home located in the sought-after Paseo Resort. This meticulously kept Santa Ana Quad Unit offers a serene retreat with upscale amenities and a semi-private pool for your enjoyment. This luxurious townhome boasts 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, providing ample space for relaxation and comfort. A semi-private pool is located in the back of the home.
30 day advanced booking and background check are required as part of the community policy.
NOTE: The Paseo Community requires an ONLINE Lease application called Tenant Evaluation for rental approval on all adults 18 years old and older occupying the unit for the Term of the Lease. The Tenant Evaluation Application must be completed and submitted no later than 30 days prior to arrival. A Tenant Evaluation fee of $100 for single and $150 per married couple is paid online through Tenant Evaluation and is not included in your reservation total. This fee could be subject to change. The application code and instructions will be emailed to you upon booking . Visitors of the renter NOT staying for the Term of the lease, DO NOT have to complete the Tenant Evaluation, however they must be accompanied by the approved renter when using the facilities.
