The family-run Residenz Doria stands out for its central location, just a few minutes’ walk from the lake and the historic centre of Garda with its winding alleys, restaurants, and shops. The apartments are functionally furnished and offer everything you need for a relaxing holiday. In addition to an on-site bar—which also offers a breakfast buffet for an additional fee—there is a beautiful sun terrace with a swimming pool and lounge chairs, as well as a stunning panoramic view. Parking is available.
The 30 qm² two-room apartment accommodates up to 2 people. It features a bedroom with two single beds (double bed available upon request). The kitchen is integrated into the living area and is equipped with a stove, dishes, silverware, pots and pans, an Italian espresso or coffee machine, and a refrigerator. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink, hair dryer, and shower. The balcony, furnished with a table and chairs, is perfect for relaxing. Travel time from the Italian border is approximately 2 hours.
ARRIVAL DATE + LENGTH OF STAY
Please refer to the calendar for the arrival and departure dates as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, check-in on the following day is of course possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early; in this case, departure on the previous day is also possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged.

Just a short distance from the resort, you can enjoy a refreshing swim in Lake Garda or simply relax on one of the public beaches while your children play and make new friends.

The swimming pool on the rooftop terrace provides a refreshing way to cool off during the summer months and offers a stunning view of the lake and the city’s rooftops.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
Enjoy wonderful moments with your family on the long pebble beaches of Lake Garda or have fun swimming—for young and old alike—in the residence’s outdoor pool. A cot can be provided upon request (reservation required at the time of booking).

The residence features an outdoor pool. Outside the residence, the Lake Garda region offers a wide variety of sporting activities. You can enjoy water sports such as windsurfing, sailing, canoeing, and motorboating. The inland areas are ideal for cycling, mountain biking, horseback riding, tennis, and golf. Nature lovers will find plenty to enjoy on long hikes or trekking tours.

TOWN AND SURROUNDINGS
Garda is located on the eastern shore of Lake Garda and is surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation. The town is perfect for wonderful walks along the expansive lakeside promenade. There’s also a small harbour in Garda where you can watch the bustling activity of the fishermen or take a boat tour to explore the area. The buildings and architecture in Garda are influenced by the former superpower, Venice. Let yourself be inspired by the elegantly and vividly decorated structures. You can buy great souvenirs, as well as delicious fresh fish and meat, and fresh fruits and vegetables at affordable prices at the weekly market. Market day in Garda is held once a week. Next to Garda lies the town of Peschiera del Garda. It attracts visitors with its old town, surrounded by canals, and its imposing, beautifully landscaped fortress. In just over half an hour, you can take a city trip to Verona, with its Roman past, the famous balcony of Romeo and Juliet, and, of course, the world-famous Arena with its open-air performances. To the west lie the cities of Brescia, Bergamo, and Milan, which is perfect for an extensive shopping spree. Even picturesque Venice is easily accessible from Garda. A drive around Lake Garda is always a memorable experience. Lake Garda offers an exceptionally wide range of amusement parks, zoos, climbing parks, and swimming pools. In Castelnuovo del Garda, for example, you’ll find Gardaland, one of Italy’s largest amusement parks. Families will find plenty to enjoy here, as there’s something for everyone—young and old alike—with over 40 attractions ranging from whitewater rides to a fairy-tale-themed world. Right next door, the Gardaland SEA LIFE Aquarium awaits, ready to introduce visitors to the underwater world. At Movieland in Lazise, breathtaking stunt shows await visitors. Special effects provide the necessary action. Parco Natura Viva in Bussolengo (just a few minutes’ drive from the southeastern shore of the lake) is a zoo dedicated to the protection of endangered species, and its residents include numerous endangered animals such as tigers, leopards, and red pandas. Visitors can go on a safari along a walking trail and get up close to animals such as rhinos, hippos, and monkeys, separated from them only by natural barriers.
