Our lovingly furnished Bavarian-style 2-room non-smoking apartment (42 square metres) is located on the 1st floor and offers a fantastic view of the mountains and Lake Tegernsee from the balcony.
The living room features a corner bench and a cosy sitting area. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped, including a microwave with baking and grilling functions. The separate bedroom has two beds pushed together, each measuring 1 m x 2 m.

From the balconies, you can enjoy the view of Lake Tegernsee and the surrounding mountains. A sun terrace and a large garden with a lawn for sunbathing also invite you to make the most of your holiday.
There is also a slide and a swing for children in the garden.
Parking spaces are available at the house.
