Welcome to this beachfront 2-room apartment, “Ostseeview,” in Niendorf on the Baltic Sea.
The apartment is located on the ground floor, measures 52 m², and is furnished to accommodate up to 4 people.

The living and dining area is equipped with a comfortable sleeper sofa (160 cm wide), a flat-screen TV, blackout pleated blinds, and a dining table.
In the adjacent kitchenette, you’ll find an oven, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a coffee maker, a kettle, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a toaster.

From the living area, you have direct access to the sunny terrace, where a cosy beach chair and a lounge seating area are at your disposal.

The separate bedroom is accessible from the hallway and features a double bed (180x200 cm), a wardrobe, nightstands, and blackout pleated blinds.
There is ample space here for a travel cot (not included in the price).

The shower room features a shower, toilet, and a large mirror, as well as a hair dryer.

In the basement, there is a laundry room with a coin-operated washing machine and a drying room.
A parking space is reserved for you in the underground car park.
Since your underground parking space is a duplex space (two cars parked one above the other), it is only permitted for vehicles with maximum dimensions of 5.00 m in length, 1.90 m in width, 1.50 m high, and a total weight of 2,000 kg.
The 1.90 m high entrance to the underground garage is accessible from Travemünder Landstraße.
Unfortunately, we CANNOT offer an alternative parking space.

This is a non-smoking apartment.
One small dog is permitted; we ask for mutual consideration and that you do not let your dog run freely on neighbouring properties.

Quiet holiday complex near the beach: The apartments are stylishly furnished for 2–4 people and range from 50 to 64 m².
The modern residential complex is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac.

The underground car park has a separate room for your bicycles. A parking space with duplex access is, of course, also reserved for you here.

The fine-sand beach is just 100 metres away, where you can dive right into the ocean. There’s also a bakery nearby.
The centre of Niendorf and shopping options are about 500 metres from your holiday complex.

A must-see is the beautifully designed harbour with its boats and small yachts.
Here you can enjoy a feast at one of the restaurants or buy freshly caught fish for your holiday meals at home.

A trip to the Hanseatic city of Lübeck, a good 20 kilometres away, is definitely worth it.
Here, you can take a harbour and canal cruise past the beautiful gabled houses, or visit the Niederegger Marzipan Museum and enjoy a little snack.
