Welcome to the Ole Bull holiday home! The 165 m² fully fenced holiday home on 2 floors is suitable for a maximum of 6 adults and stylishly modernly equipped. It has a kitchen-living room with adjoining terraces, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a Finnish sauna with relaxation room.

The spacious living room invites you to linger. Here you will find a comfortable 3-seater sofa, a flat-screen TV for relaxing evenings and a dining table that can seat up to 8 people, perfect for shared meals and socialising. The modern kitchen is open plan and has a ceramic hob, oven, combi freezer, dishwasher, De Longhi capsule coffee machine, filter machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and much more. From the living area you can access the two furnished terraces facing southwest, which offer space for sunbathing and relaxing. The fully fenced property ensures privacy and safety for your children and four-legged friends.
A separate room with a Finnish sauna for 4 people invites you to relax. In addition, there is a relaxation area to unwind. Opposite is the small bathroom with sink, toilet and floor-to-ceiling shower.

Upper floor:

Upstairs are the three bedrooms and two bathrooms. All bedrooms have a 1.80 x 2.00m box spring double bed and a flat-screen TV. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with sink, toilet and floor-to-ceiling shower. The other bathroom also has a sink, toilet, floor-to-ceiling shower and also a washer-dryer. A hairdryer is also at your disposal.

Attic:

This is developed and is suitable for your children to play, for example.

A cot can be ordered for a fee from the administrator. Free internet access is available via the Wi-Fi router.

In the outdoor area there is also a lockable garden shed where bicycles, garden furniture and a small contact grill can be stored. There are also 2 parking spaces available.

The house is equipped with underfloor heating, a heat pump and a central ventilation system with heat recovery, so a pleasant living climate is always guaranteed.

The thatched houses are characterised by bright and friendly colours in the furnishings. The view of the lagoon coast and the surrounding nature will make your holiday unique.

All apartments and houses have bicycle storage rooms and charging facilities for e-bikes. In addition, there are two e-car charging stations on the site and parking spaces are also sufficient and free of charge. The large outdoor area is designed in the style of garden architecture and is partly surrounded by a planted boulder wall.

The initial supply of bed linen and towels, as well as travel cots and a high chair can be booked for a fee.

There is an indoor sauna in the houses 15 Ole Bull, 17 Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy, 24 Gustav Mahler, 26 Clara Schumann, 28 Ludwig van Beethoven and 32 Carl Reineke.
