Welcome to the Gustav Mahler holiday home! The 172 m² holiday home on 3 floors is suitable for a maximum of 6 adults + 1 child (max. 3 years) and is stylishly modern. It has a kitchen-cum-living room with adjoining terraces, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a Finnish sauna with infrared cabin.

Ground floor:

The spacious, bright living room invites you to linger. Here you will find a comfortable sofa with armchairs, a flat-screen TV for relaxing evenings and a dining table that can accommodate up to 6 people, perfect for shared meals and social hours. The modern kitchen is open plan and has an induction hob, oven, combi freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso capsule machine, filter machine, microwave, kettle and toaster. One bedroom is also on the ground floor with a box spring bed (1.80 x 2.00m). Opposite is the small bathroom with sink, toilet and floor-to-ceiling shower.
In front of the holiday home there are two furnished terraces from which you have a beautiful view of the unspoilt nature of Usedom. One terrace even has its own beach chair.

Upper floor:

Upstairs are the two other bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a box spring bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and an en suite bathroom with sink, toilet, floor-to-ceiling shower and hairdryer. The other bathroom also has a box spring bed. The other bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet and sink. As a special highlight, you will find your in-house Finnish sauna with infrared cabin.
In the utility room you will find a washing machine, dryer, drying rack, ironing board, iron and travel bed, which is available for children up to 3 years of age.


Attic:

In the attic you will find an open gallery where you can retreat to the comfortable sofa or retreat to the desk. Wi-Fi is available via a router.

A high chair can be rented from the administrator. Since there are only a limited number available, we ask you to register in advance.

A garden shed is available for storing bicycles. 2 parking spaces are also available.

The house is equipped with underfloor heating, a heat pump and a central ventilation system with heat recovery, so a pleasant living climate is always guaranteed.

Sauna towels are not included in the price and can be booked with the administrator for a fee.

Pets are not allowed.

The initial supply of bed linen and towels are not included in the total price. If required, these can be booked for a fee.



The island domicile of Stolpe on Usedom welcomes you in 8 holiday apartments and 10 holiday homes.

The thatched houses are characterised by bright and friendly colours in the furnishings. The view of the lagoon coast and the surrounding nature will make your holiday unique.

All apartments and houses have bicycle storage rooms and charging facilities for e-bikes. In addition, there are two e-car charging stations on the site and parking spaces are also sufficient and free of charge. The large outdoor area is designed in the style of garden architecture and is partly surrounded by a planted boulder wall.

The initial supply of bed linen and towels, as well as travel cots and a high chair can be booked for a fee.

There is an indoor sauna in the houses 15 Ole Bull, 17 Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy, 24 Gustav Mahler, 26 Clara Schumann, 28 Ludwig van Beethoven and 32 Carl Reineke.
PGJyLz4The houses 25 Lasse Thoresen and 33 Antonin Dvorak have a barrel sauna in the garden. In addition, apartments 20 Georg Händl, 21 Johann Mattheson and 23 Sebastian Bach share a barrel sauna in the garden.
