Welcome to Espenau near Kassel! <br><br>A beautiful and peaceful place to stay awaits you here. <br>Our spacious, 50 m² non-smoking apartment can accommodate two people and is located on the outskirts of town, just a few kilometres from Kassel (approx. 13 km), Vellmar (approx. 5 km), and Kassel Airport (approx. 12 km).<br><br>Our basement apartment was recently renovated and features a bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) as well as an open-concept living/dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, a separate dining area, a sofa, a flat-screen TV, and free Wi-Fi. <br><br>The bathroom features a shower, a toilet, a heated towel rack, and various toiletries. <br>Bed linens and towels are included in the price. <br><br>A small terrace and free street parking are also available.<br><br>Pets are not allowed in our accommodation. <br><br>If you’re looking for a quiet and cosy home away from home, then our basement apartment is just right for you!<br><br>The apartment is designed for two people. For families with children, we offer a high chair, a travel cot, and a children’s table with chairs—all upon prior arrangement. Child safety covers for electrical sockets have been installed in the living and dining areas at a height of 30–40 cm. <br><br>It is not permitted to host additional guests who have not been registered for an extended period of time. Overnight guests who have not booked a stay must be registered in advance; a surcharge of €20 per person per night will be charged.<br><br>Parties and similar events are not permitted; after 10:00 p.m., all noise (music, TV, etc.) must be kept at a reasonable volume.<br><br>The guest is liable for any damage to the sanitary sewage system resulting from proven misconduct; this includes negligent behaviour, such as accidentally flushing something down the toilet that does not belong there. The guest must ensure that third parties are also made aware of these rules. (On-site signage must be observed).<br><br>During your stay, you may use our free Wi-Fi; however, we do not guarantee the quality of the connection.<br>
