Villa Casale di Buccole Spa is a recently restored traditional farmhouse. It is located between Perugia and Todi, on top of a hill in the open countryside. It enjoys a wonderful panorama. It is surrounded

fields and by olive groves and has an outdoor pool and spa. Wi-fi throughout the Casale. All rooms have bathroom, TV, air conditioning, original wooden beams,some with fireplace others with terrace.

Large parking area. On the estate present a large "barbecue" and a gazebo for relaxing aperitifs.

Panoramic swimming pool (salt - no chlorine). Two outdoor showers (1 with hot water). Sunbeds available.

On the ground floor welcomes you a large living room with central fireplace and several rooms that can be used for dining or relaxation rooms, 2 bathrooms, professional catering kitchen and the separate pantry. There is a large covered porch where you can eat or have breakfast in summer seasons.

The Buccole Spa. Private paid spa equipped with changing rooms, Turkish bath, infrared sauna, emotional shower, massage cabin,

heated pool with whirlpool, relaxation area with herbal tea room and fireplace, to give you a stay of well-being, relaxation, emotions. Temperatures, on and off are be managed by our qualified staff.
