Perfect location for relaxing. Manoelle, the host, extremely welcoming and helpful. Beautiful surroundings and the apartment was lovely. Nearby walks, and close to a number of delightful hill towns with great restaurants to explore.

Mi è capitato spesso di pernottare in casolari, sia in Umbria che fuori regione ma raramente ho visto un casale così curato nei dettagli e con un giardino così bello. La proprietaria mi ha detto che hanno riaperto i battenti dopo un lungo periodo di lavori e ho trovato il posto ancora più bello rispetto alle foto dell’annuncio. Gli interni sono stati sapientemente ristrutturati ed arredati con gusto. Esternamente è stata realizzata una meravigliosa corte ed un incantevole portico in tipico stile umbro. Le camere e i letti sono estremamente confortevoli e la temperatura interna al casale era perfetta. Ho trovato la pulizia impeccabile. La rete WIFI è molto performante sia dentro che fuori in giardino, ideale per chi come me ha dovuto lavorare anche in vacanza. Abbiamo già deciso di tornare con un gruppo piu numeroso di amici..

Un posto incantevole, casa bellissima, arredata con gusto. Ogni singolo pezzo è un'opera d'arte messa al posto giusto. Bellissimo il giardino. Ogni comfort. Barbecau, forno a legni, giochi per i bambini, altalene. Cucina fornita di tutto. Un posto da sogno dove SICURAMENTE torneremo. Proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile a soddisfare tutte le nostre richieste. Ci siamo stati per un fine settimana, eravamo in 15 tra adulti e bambini e tutti siamo nella stessa opinione. Il posto è incantevole.

Beautiful villa and great experience

Make sure you book out the whole villa and have the place to yourself as it is very beautiful and a great spot to settle in. There are quite a few beds - we were 11 in our group and managed to fit in fine. Manoelle was a fabulous host and made our stay very special. Make sure you listen to her restaurant recommendations because she knows what she is talking about. Wish we had stayed longer!!

Nous avons passé une semaine à 14 amis à la Tenuta Sospesa, et nous ne regrettons pas notre choix ! Propriété spacieuse et pittoresque, jardins agréables et très bien entretenus, piscine, terrain de badminton/volley, salle de cinéma, barbecue, four à pizza... Tout le confort pour passer un excellent séjour. Gorgeous Tuscan Villa

Tenuta Sospesa is an absolute treasure, as is the host Manoelle. I accompanied some friends here for their wedding and it was the perfect setting - beautifully manicured gardens with trees that are hundreds of years old, gorgeous pool area and everything from a pizza oven to an outdoor movie theatre at your disposal. Maonelle was so welcoming, endlessly helpful and has a wealth of local knowledge. We were very sad to leave and can't wait to go back!

A great stay at a beautiful Tuscan villa

My husband and I found Tenuta Sospesa and fell in love! We traveled to Italy to get married in the local area and Manoelle was really helpful, giving us reccomendations what to do around the area, local supermarkets, giving us advice on our wedding, and telling us the best places to eat with a fantastic veiw! :) The property itself is stunning, very Italian and we even took a few photos around the property as it was so beautiful. The pool, gardens and courtyeard were amazing and we're already looking forward to going back in the future!

As a secret kept, lies Tenuta Sospesa behind the trees with its delightful garden and charming apartments. The property is kept with style, love and care. The owner Manoelle is such a lovely and nice person! Also perfectly suited when traveling with babies as all baby facilities are available. incl. a private garden that allows for privacy. Whether you like historic cities, the lade side, wineries or chill out in the garden, it is at a perfect location to discover it all.

Spectacular place!

Tenuta Sospesa is located in between Sagrantino and Orcia Doc regions. So If you like great food and great wine it doesn't get much better than this. This villa is located in the middle of vineyards, olive groves, and fields of grain. It is a property of half acre. The property continues to be woman run by the owner. Manoelle''s drive and attention to detail makes any visit here highly enjoyable. The property vistas are spectacular, don't miss this opportunity.

Perfect stay!

I spent the weekend with a group of 13 friends and we had such an amazing time in Tenuta Sospesa. The owners were very kind and open to give us a few suggestions on cool places to visit. The villa is very big and well kept. We didn't want to leave. Can't wait to go back!!

Tous les ingrédients y sont pour rendre le séjour parfait: - l'accueil chaleureux de la maitresse des lieux, sa compétence pour nous faire découvrir les richesses de la région - un appartement décoré avec un gout exquis, cosy et de tout confort - un parc magnifique, véritable écrin de verdure: une invitation à la détente, aux jeux dans les prés, aux repas autour du four à pizza, aux soirées cinéma... - sans oublier la superbe piscine, centre d'attraction des journées ensoleillées Une vacance à ne pas manquer ( mon seul regret est de ne pas y ètre restée plus longtemps, mais je reviendrai! )

Spectacular Property

My family's stay at Tenuta Sospesa was amazing. The large, well-equipped apartment we stayed in was more than enough space for our family of four and the design of the apartment really highlighted the charm of Italy for us. The countryside of Umbria surrounding Tenuta Sospesa is beautiful indeed. But, the gardens/grounds at Tenuta Sospesa were magical to say the very least - I can't stress this enough. The details and designs of the garden were something that everyone in my family appreciated. The swimming pool was surrounded by these amazing gardens (and the pool lights for nighttime swimming were great). In the immediate area (5-10 minutes by car), were a few traditional Umbrian towns with some great restaurants as well any other amenities that a traveller might need (grocery stores, pizzerias, etc.) It has probably been said already, but anyone's time in Umbria would be well spent simply relaxing at Tenuta Sospesa. Manoelle is a great host and her charm and personality are evident upon arrival.
