The location was perfect for what we were looking for. The ferry is within walking distance. It was clean, the kitchen was stocked with cookware and utensils if you want to cook. There is AC. It is a portable window unit located in the room with the double bed and pullout couch. It doesn’t reach the entire apartment, but it worked for our needs. They do have a few fans throughout the apartment. It’s a quiet street and my daughters and I were comfortable and felt safe there. We utilized DoorDash and Uber Eats for food and Target. Midtown Market is a couple miles up the road and they have quality groceries and produce. They’re very nice and it was clean. I think you can get anything you need there other than meat. Make the drive there before going to 7-11. I’d stay there again.

The space was clean and matched the description. However, there was no laundry in the unit despite what the listing details say. The bathroom is very small and the bathtub stopper does not work so showering is the only option. Also, be warned that the neighbors REALLY like the 4th of July, they setup an all-night fireworks show directly in front of the house. We would not have gotten any sleep without noise cancelling headphones.

The house depends had some steep stairs but the listing does let you know. The bathroom is tiny makes it hard to use but the house was wonderful. Clean and comfortable and what we needed for this trip. Fully stocked and easy to communicate with the owners.

Neat little place!

Very nice little place for my adult kiddos to meet up after my son's deployment. A little tight of a neighborhood, but the place was clean and nicely refurbished.
