Villa located in a quiet area of CAP-FERRET. Situated between the Basin, the Ocean and the market, the villa is set in beautiful, wooded grounds in a quiet location. The villa comprises an entrance hall leading to an independent toilet, a bedroom with two 90 or 180cm beds, a shower room with washing machine, a bedroom with a 140cm sofa bed and another bedroom with two 80cm beds, an independent shower room with toilet, and a fourth bedroom with a 140cm bed. It has an independent kitchen equipped with dishwasher and microwave .... A living/dining room with TV and internet access, opening onto a terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue.
