Nice place was clean and comfortable. I am used to the other rentals I get to be semi stocked with salt, pepper and other items not easily transported. Would be nice if the listing made it clear we would need to bring everything. A/C cooled some parts of the house considerably more than others.

Stunning is the correct word for this property. My favorite part was the gorgeous interior design.Step into a beautiful open split floor plan set on a beautiful large property with adorable farm animals in the distance. Everything felt open bright and cheery. (just like the pictures)Texas can have it's days and staying indoors at this property is a treat. Bring a puzzle. Swing under the trees on two sturdy swings outside if the weather permits. Peace and quiet plus some interesting nature sounds late at night. Lots of cow sightings (there was a cow parade across the street in another property from time to time) and just lots of space to stretch out inside and out. You WILL get spoiled. I think the property owners in the ad explain most things really well and I did not have trouble calling them on the phone to iron out some details.
