This is a clean, nicely located rental that is so very close to the beach. The sounds of the waves is very relaxing. We enjoyed our stay, but take note: there are many stairs in this rental and this would not be a good choice for those with limited mobility.

The property was clean but it has an overwhelming smell of mold. It was better after the A/C unit was running for a few hors but it was there our entire stay. Don't use the dryer. The lint screen is broken and it will catch on your clothes and rip them.

Serious Safety and Security Issue – Stay Cut ShortDuring our stay, this property was broken into. Our purse and vehicle were stolen directly from the premises. Because of this severe security breach and immediate concerns for our physical safety, we felt completely unsafe remaining at the property. We had to cut our trip short, evacuate immediately, and file an official report with local law enforcement. Future guests should be aware of the security risks at this location.

The condo unit was nice but had its issues. No matter what you needed to do you were always going up or down stairs.The bedrooms and beds were good but the family room and kitchen needs some attention. In the kitchen the stove had one burner that did not work. The garbage disposal didn’t work but the biggest issue was the dishwasher. After running the dishwasher the dishes still had a lot of food that did not come off. The can opener was so dull it wouldn’t even open a can.The family room was cramped and the furniture left a lot to be desired.The doorbell did not work so we missed two deliveries. I did have one issue with the host management firm. The main issue I had with them was a question about a “Limited Damage Waiver” fee that I was charged for and did not want nor even knew about until I was ready to make my final payment for the reservation. I emailed them no less than 6 times over the following 2 weeks. There standard answer was “we understand your concern and our team is working on it and will get back to you”. Well, after 3 weeks I still haven’t heard from them!

The location is perfect and we have stayed in other units several times. This unit had no barstools at the bar as pictured so nobody could sit around the bar. There are several balconies but no chairs to sit outside and enjoy the views. The stove element was hanging down. The dishwasher did not get the dishes clean. The dryer lint catcher doesn’t go all the way in so clothes get hung on it and it ruined two tops. Overall these are easily fixable things but things that should have been fixed prior to our stay. When we got there the bathroom towel holder had been pulled out and dust was all over the sink so I don’t know if it was cleaned. Maintenance came to fix it and walked into the condo unannounced. We will stay at this location in the future but not at this condo.

The location is amazing and the views are spectacular, especially off of the third story master suite. Our kids had so much fun and the heated pool was perfect!

When we arrived, the door code wasn’t working so we had to call and get it reset. After 20 minutes of that, we got into the property. Initially the property was wonderful, what pictures were given were accurate. However, it all went downhill. We didn’t have enough towels for all of us to use, so we had to buy some. The dryer, shredded my kids swimsuits, tank tops, etc. The stocking of paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags were inadequate and we had to buy more. Along with dish soap. The dishwasher didn’t clean the dishes properly, so we ended up having to wash them by hand anyways. Meanwhile, my family was woken up every morning at 5 am to pounding on the roof due to the roof being replaced. Then to top it off ants were on the kitchen counter, bathrooms and closets. Needless to say for the money we paid for this property, we ended up spending more due to the inadequacies. I expected more preparedness and updated appliances that were in proper working condition. I will say the closeness to the beach was nice and the pool was decent. I would not recommend this property at all, especially for the price we paid.

Family trip 2020

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. Very quiet area, 2 minute walk to beach, pool was right outside back door. Close to shops restaurants and stores. Had supper at snoop ya and food was great. Would definitely stay here again.

We booked this place for a family vacation. The location is great. Some wear and tear but otherwise a beautiful place. Lots of room for big families. Staff was very helpful and quickly responded with any questions we had. Would definitely book again!!

Great property for families
