Excellent Home for Business & Leisure Vacation

I spent almost two weeks in this home in June 2022 and it was wonderful. The home is very nice, nearly new, very well appointed and well located. I utilized the home as a business trip mixed with personal vacation time and it served my family well. I would not hesitate to book again.

Beautiful house!

House was clean, views were stunning, and loved the attention to detail. Especially loved that one room had a crib and changing mat! Would be perfect for those traveling with tiny humans!

Nice property

Overall, we had a really nice stay. I really enjoyed the fact that it had cable! There are just a few things that could have been better, specifically the fact that there were no TVs in the casita. Also, the weather shade on the back porch woke us up in the middle of the night because it was banging against the house. Once we raised it, it was fine.

Beautiful Setting!

This home was outstanding for our family gathering. The rooms were well stocked and nicely decorated, and the beds were delightful! The large kitchen island easily accomodated our eight adults and three children and allowed fun interaction between cooking and serving. Perhaps my favorite feature was the view from the back porch, where we could enjoy the coastal breezes while observing herons, egrets, and fish in the adjacent marsh while watching boats go by in the channel beyond. The neighborhood provides a fishing pier and a large community pool as well. Even though there was a bit of confusion about extending our stay through the property management company, I would highly recommend this rental and would gladly stay there again.

Some issues but home is great

We arrived well after check in and house was not cleaned. All beds unmade, dishes piled up, trash in kitchen, bathroom, and around property. Called and stated someone would be out. Cleaning people never came. House and community itself is so jice

Robin, thank you for letting us know that you thought our home was great but we deeply apologize for the cleaning issue your party experienced. We are disappointed to hear that we dropped the ball this time, as this is not the high standard of guest satisfaction and cleanliness that we hold ourselves to. Thank you for allowing us to reimburse your cleaning fee and we are happy this issue did not detract from your overall stay. We enjoyed having you as our guest and we hope you will give us the opportunity to host you again in the future for a more relaxing stay.
