Vinaccia is a two-room apartment suitable for 2 adults and 1 child located on the ground floor, measuring about 45 square meters. It has a small private patio of 10 sqm, protected by a strawberry grape vine. Amenities: 1 bedroom with full-size bed (mattress cm 140x190x25), 1 sofa bed (mattress cm 120x190x15), air conditioning, wifi, safe, equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower, heating/hot water partly from renewable sources (solar panels).

Water, gas, use of pool and equipment, WIFI fiber internet connection, refrigerator, microwave oven, outdoor barbecue, 1 safe in each apartment, hair dryer, bath and bed linen (weekly change), parking space in private parking lot.
