This 220 m² holiday home in Unterwössen accommodates 6–8 guests and is perfect for families, hikers, cyclists, and nature lovers. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a guest WC, and a spacious living room, you’ll have plenty of space to relax together. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, smart TV with streaming services, high-speed Wi-Fi for video calls, plus your own washing machine and dryer ensure maximum comfort. For children, there’s a high chair, shared toys, and books; a baby cot is available on request.



Enjoy stunning mountain views from your private covered terrace. There are also four balconies, three fireplaces, and access to a well-kept garden. Two parking spaces at the house and public parking nearby are available. Pets are welcome. Smoking, parties, and events are not allowed. Public transport is within walking distance.



The village center with restaurants, supermarket, bakery, ice cream shop, post office, and tourist information is just a short walk away. Hiking and cycling trails start right at your doorstep. Popular destinations like Reit im Winkl, Lake Chiemsee, and the Tyrolean Kaiser Mountains are easily reached. Ski areas such as Kampenwand, Steinplatte, and Reit im Winkl, as well as golf courses, are nearby. For larger groups, a separate basement apartment can be rented for an extra fee.



You may use the fireplaces and fire pit—please observe safety and weather conditions. Bring your own firewood or purchase it locally. Please switch off the kitchen extractor fan when using the fireplaces.
