About the Accommodation

The spacious 4.5-room apartment with a living space of 122 square meters and three bedrooms impresses with its modern and light-flooded atmosphere. The south-facing orientation of the apartment ensures a pleasant indoor climate and bright rooms. As you enter, you are greeted by a spacious corridor with practical wall cupboards offering storage space for personal belongings. The centerpiece of the apartment is the spacious living and dining room with a dining table for six people, a comfortable sofa and armchairs. The wide panoramic windows flood the room with natural light and create an inviting atmosphere for cozy hours. The open-plan kitchen is located in the same room and leaves nothing to be desired. It is equipped with a large fridge including a separate freezer compartment, a ceramic hob, an oven, a microwave and a Nespresso coffee machine. You will also find all the kitchen utensils you need to prepare delicious meals. The three closed bedrooms can comfortably accommodate up to six people. The first bedroom has a large double bed (180x200cm), ideal for two people. The second bedroom has two single beds (90x190cm) and the third bedroom has a bunk bed (90x190cm) for a further two people. The apartment is also characterized by two bathrooms, one with WC, bathroom sink and shower and the other with a double bathroom sink and bathtub. For families with small children, a cot, a high chair and a children's bathtub are available to make their stay as comfortable as possible. Designed as a non-smoking apartment, pets are not permitted in this accommodation. Guests also benefit from Wi-Fi internet access, which is available throughout the flat to stay connected while on holiday. A car park is available in the on-site garage.

The pretty holiday village of Amden is located in eastern Switzerland above Lake Walensee. In the immediate vicinity of the appartment you will find restaurants, two small supermarkets, a café with bakery, the indoor swimming pool and the chairlift station. Amden is sun-kissed and enjoys a marvelous panoramic location. The nearest bus stop is "Amden, Dorf or Brugg".

An attractive children's playground on the Rombach and the family-friendly indoor swimming pool are within walking distance of the apartment. The Mattstock chairlift is also just a few minutes' walk from the house. In winter, Amden and Arvenbüel are popular ski resorts for families. The renowned Swiss ski school awaits you in the Arvenbüel district, just a few minutes away by car or the free ski bus. The magical winter landscapes around the Flügenspitz also entice visitors with numerous winter hiking trails and snowshoe routes. Amden is also ideally located for exploring various regions. Whether the cities of Zurich, St. Gallen, Lucerne and Chur or the leisure regions of Heidiland, Glarnerland and Lake Zurich: everything can be reached easily and quickly by public transport or car. Our tip: The sunrise on the Mattstogg (also known as Mattstock). Set off early enough so that you reach the summit on time. The experience is unrivalled.
