Comfortable location but villa needs an upgrade

The location of this villa is good, with only a 10min walk to the beach/ Praça restaurants and a 15min walk to reception area. Sea view from the villa, over the golf course is lovely. But this villa could really do with an upgrade; swimmingpool tiles are falling off, 2nd bathroom smells (probably the pipes?) and is not clean (needs a thorough steam cleaner session!). And the interior (especially bedrooms) could use an update.
