Der Kontakt ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, was diese Bewertung schwer macht.Dennoch stimmen hier Preis-Leistung nicht. Es fehlt an Sauberkeit. Die Wohnung ist zwar klein aber und für drei Personen in Ordnung. Wenn man jedoch mit fünf Personen dort wohne möchte, fehlt es an Platz, dafür ist die Wohnung zu klein und auch die vorhanden Möbel reichen dann nicht. Die Einrichtung ist hübsch und schlicht, aber für diesen Preis darf man etwas hochwertigeres erwartet. Das Ehebett ist ist leider für Personen mit einer Körpergröße von über 1,90m zu kurz. Leider kann man auch über den Fernseher nur Standart Programme ansehen, kein HD, kein Internet.Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig, wenn man unten wohnt und oben jmd wohnt hört man das sehr. Aber die Lage ist super, man kommt überall schnell hin.
