The apartment has a comfortable queen-size bed (1.40m x 2.00m) with a new EMMA® mattress, a large smart TV with Netflix, Disney+ and RTL+ as well as countless HD channels.

There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, toaster, kettle and everything you need.

On the balcony you have the opportunity to start the day with a delicious breakfast or end the evening relaxing with a glass of wine.

A separate workstation allows you to also carry out business activities.

The modern and bright bathroom is equipped with a shower. You also have a make-up mirror and a ghd® hairdryer at your disposal.

Of course, we provide fresh towels and all important things such as shower gel and shampoo for you.

There is a free parking space available for our guests in the underground car park, from which you can easily reach the apartment on the 3rd floor using an elevator.
