Greetings to all, my name is Katy, I have been in the luxury hotel industry for close to four decades as an Executive Pastry Chef. As well as a culinary Instructor for eight years. I strive to give you the best experience, I think it is the small touches that count. I enjoy cooking, gardening and home projects. I moved back to OKC, after having my twin girls to be close to family. They just graduated from OU in may, and pursuing their Masters. Proud Mama!
Why they chose this property
location, 5-10 minutes to any major hospital, plaza district, downtown, midtown, Paseo Art district and the fairgrounds. The neighborhood is diverse, historic and quiet. Close to any highway you need to get to.
What makes this property unique
This space is truly unique, the garage apartment is why I bought this house almost twenty years ago. It has original casement windows all around (I have blackout curtains if you want to sleep in). Open concept kitchen, butcher block counter tops, private balcony, quality furnishings, linens, mattress and sheets. It is well decorated with original art, live plants, fast WIFI, and two smart tv's. It is just very peaceful, quiet and secure.
