Fewo 9 - Haus Johanna

A second-floor apartment, approximately 40 m², for 2 people. It consists of a double bedroom with a shower and toilet, a kitchenette, and a living-dining room with a sofa. Both rooms have a south-facing balcony with a lake view. Flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. Welcome! Tourist tax, electricity, and final cleaning will be charged on site.



We are delighted that you would like to spend your holiday with us in Seeboden and thank you for your interest.
All of our apartments are very well and comfortably furnished.
Each apartment features a separate entryway with a coat rack, hot and cold running water, a sitting area, a colour TV with Full HD, and free Wi-Fi in every apartment. Tea towels, bath towels, and bed linens are provided and can be replaced upon request.

We are an “Inclusive” establishment. Our guests receive the Millstätter Inclusive Card from us free of charge.
Our house is quietly located near the forest and lake, 300 metres as the crow flies from the lake and the romantic nature park by the lake; only local traffic is permitted.
You can park your car directly behind the house in a paved car park.

On-site fees: A bread roll delivery service is available, and guests are welcome to use the washing machines. We are an “Inclusive” establishment. Our guests receive the Millstätter Inclusive Card from us free of charge. A lawn for sunbathing, lounge chairs, a sun terrace, garden patio furniture with cushions, and a children’s playground with a ping-pong table, swing, and monkey bars are available. No pets allowed. Additional fees: Tourist tax per night and person aged 17 and older: €2.70; one-time final cleaning fee: €50; electricity charged per kW. According to our own metre: €0.30

Wir konnten uns die Tage in der tollen FeWo richtig entspannen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Service und Tipps waren angenehm und willkommen. Die sehr ruhige Lage und der Ausblick über den Ort und See ist perfekt. Das Wetter war stimmig. Die Tage bleiben uns in sehr guter Erinnerung. Danke, immer wieder.
