Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
The condo needs to be left clean. Wash the sheets and leave them on the foot of the bed. Wash the dishes. Beach towels and towels not used on the morning of departure need to be washed the day before.
Housekeeping is responsible for doing one load of towels, making up the beds and bathrooms and doing a detail cleaning of the condo.
Please leave both sets of keys on the table when you depart. Use the lockbox key to lock the deadbolt.

Guests are required to leave the condo clean including laundering the sheets, folding them and leaving them on the foot of the bed.
Housekeeping does 1 load of laundry, makes the beds and does a detail cleaning. Golf clubs, beach towels, boogie board, etc are to be returned clean.
Patio pillows are to be stored inside the closet in the evening or when you leave the condo. Storms can come up suddenly.

We found Kona Coffee Villas suited our needs, significantly cooler climate at 1400+ feet than near the beach, away from the touristy crowds, yet, still close to everything. Holualoa Village and Honalo both have that Old-Hawaii friendly feel that we enjoy.
