About this property

The vacation apartment with a view of Lake Kummerow is located on the upper floor of a separate residential outbuilding on the owner's approx. 1,800 m² residential property. The lake, a beautiful lakeside path and a canoe station are just a few steps away, the Aalbude water hiking rest area is about a 15-minute walk away.

The approx. 45 square meter, centrally heated non-smoking apartment is accessible via a separate outside staircase and has a living room (upholstered seating area with sleeping function, flat screen TV, radio) with open kitchen (dining area, electric stove with oven, refrigerator, various small kitchen appliances), a bedroom (double bed) and a bathroom (shower, toilet). There is also a furnished balcony and a parking space.

The total price includes final cleaning, water and energy consumption and bed linen. Please bring your own towels. Pets are not allowed in this property.

The small idyllic resort of Verchen is located directly on the northern shore of Lake Kummerow, the fourth largest lake in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern - in the middle of the Mecklenburg Switzerland and Lake Kummerow Nature Park. Together with the Peene and its tributaries, the lake is an important resting and gathering place for native and Nordic bird species, while its abundance of fish makes it an insider tip for all anglers. The region is characterized by gently rolling hills with wonderful views and is ideal for hiking, cycling or water hiking, and there is a beautiful beach with a children's playground, boat and bike hire, snack bars and a water hiking rest area in the village, while boat and canoe trips on the lake or the directly adjacent Peene are just as worthwhile as trips to the Reuterstadt Stavenhagen, Malchin or the Hanseatic town of Demmin, each just under 15 km away. There are plenty of shopping facilities and restaurants here.
