The two vacation apartments of different sizes and furnishings are located separately in a vacation home on a recreational plot of approx. 400 m² within a small vacation home development on the outskirts of the village. There is a furnished terrace (ground floor apartment) or balcony (upper floor apartment), barbecue facilities, sun loungers, storage space for bicycles and parking. A high chair and a crib can be provided for small children. Final cleaning and water consumption are included in the total price. Bed linen and towels can be brought along or rented on site. In the period October-April, energy consumption is charged separately. Pets are allowed in this property.
This 65 square meter three-room vacation apartment for max. 4 persons is located separately on the first floor of the vacation home. It is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture, flat screen TV, fireplace), an open kitchenette (dining table, electric stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer, various kitchen appliances), 2 bedrooms (each with double bed), and a bathroom with shower / WC and washing machine. The apartment also has air conditioning in the living/dining area and a collapsible handcart for children.
Bodstedt is located south of the Fischland - Darß - Zingst peninsula on the Bodstedter Bodden. It is approx. 7 km to the Baltic Sea beach in the Baltic Sea resort of Zingst and approx. 4 km to the small town of Barth. In the village there are restaurants, a harbor with passenger boats, bike paths and a beach. Zeesboot trips and surfing school on the Bodden possible. Horse riding is possible at several riding stables in the area. As the local Bodden region is one of the largest resting places for migratory birds in Europe, the conditions here are ideal for bird watching.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2024; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 20.00 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to one pet is allowed.
