Selected decoration and attractive furniture create a friendly and inviting ambience that invites you to relax. The well-equipped rooms offer you all the elements for a carefree vacation. Prepare a light breakfast in the kitchen-diner in the morning, for example, or stretch out on the sofa in the living room. An additional sofa bed is available free of charge for a child up to 10 years old.



Enjoy the summer days on the balcony or the sheltered terrace and use the brick barbecue to prepare your grilled meals, which you can enjoy in the open air.

Für 4 erwachsene Personen über 70 haben wir bewußt wie hier angeboten ein Haus mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern gesucht. VORGEFUNDEN haben wir ein Ferienhaus mit einem Schlafzimmer mit einem ca. 1,5 m breitem Bett und zwei Wohnzimmern, lediglich mit ausziehbarer Schlafcouch! Einer der beiden Balkone ist zZ nicht zu betreten, ein Sichtschutz in den Zimmern nicht vorhanden und konnte nur mit Bettlaken provisorisch vorgenommen werden. Die Dusche lief überhaupt nicht ab, der Abfluss war vollständig mit Haaren zugesetzt. Aus Kulanz wurde uns vom Vermieter nach dem Check-out der Verzicht auf die Energiepauschale und Wäschegeld angeboten, was allerdings vor dem Check-Out bar zu hinterlegen war?!?! Eine Rückzahlung erfolgte nicht.Insgesamt entspricht das Angebot also keinesfalls der Realität! Dies wurde auch an die Vermittler weitergeben. Reaktion: keine. Und auch die Kommunikation des Vermieters ist deutlich verbesserungswürdig!

Bei der Anreise hatten wir keinen gültigen Code für den Schlüsselkasten. Erst nach mehreren Versuchen haben wir den Besitzer erreicht. Endlich in der Wohnung angekommen mussten wir feststellen dass ein Schlafzimmer mit einem 140er Bett, das wie ein Feldbett wirkte (Doppelbett?!) ausgestattet war und das zweite mit einem Schlafsofa ohne durchgehende Matratze in der gleichen Größe. Bezogen waren beide Betten nicht, sogenannte Wäschepakete für 25,- pro Person lagen grob zusammen gefaltet in einem Kleiderschrank ohne Türen.Die beiden Bäder warten schlecht gereinigt.Wir empfanden den Zustand der Wohnung als nicht akzeptabel und nicht zumutbar.Das haben dies sowohl dem Ansprechpartner vor Ort als auch dem Vermieter novasol mitgeteilt.Diese Wohnung haben wir nicht bezogen und uns etwas anderes gesucht. Novasol hat weder einen Preisnachlass gewährt, noch ist die Firma auf Beschwerdefotos eingegangen.Nie wieder! Diese Wohnung schadet dem Image von FeWo direkt

Urlaub in Bad Zwischenahn

Schönes Reihenhaus mit kleinem Garten und Terrasse und kleinem Duschbad mit Toilette unten und Balkon und großem Duschbad mit Toilette oben - relativ neu renoviert und schön eingerichtet. Die Lage ist optimal - Kurpark, Schwimmbad, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß zu erreichen, Wanderungen können vom Haus aus gestartet werden. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir würden wieder kommen.
