The vacation home is located separately on the owner's 800 m² residential property in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of the town. The town center and the Müritz are approx. 1.5 km away.

The vacation home extends over two levels. The entrance area and a guest WC are located on the first floor. Upstairs is the living room (upholstered furniture, dining table, flat-screen TV, radio/CD), an open kitchenette (electric stove with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, various kitchen appliances), a bedroom (2 single beds) and a shower/WC. The house has electric heating in the living room and bathroom.

A furnished terrace, barbecue, carport and W-LAN are available. The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy. To be paid on site: Tourist tax. Pets are not allowed in this property.

The state-recognized spa Waren is located directly on the Müritz in charming surroundings. It is also the tourist center of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Attractions include the historic old town, the harbor with passenger shipping, adjoining promenade and numerous gastronomic facilities as well as the Müritzeum, a nature experience center with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the special features of the Mecklenburg Lake District. The town also has open-air swimming pools, boat and bicycle hire, a surfing and sailing school and many shopping facilities. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths. Highway access approx. 25 km.
