The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building constructed in 2009 and is furnished in a modern and functional style. The property is situated in a holiday complex on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also due to its quiet and sunny hillside location. The following are available for use: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, terrace and garden furniture. The apartments are comfortably furnished. The terrace has a garden table and is also equipped with a children's play table, a parasol and 2 deckchairs. Internet access in public areas (free of charge): not in the apartments.


Holiday resort
182 accommodations, reception, 1 restaurant, pizzeria, bar and launderette. Wi-Fi in the reception and restaurant area, bicycle rental in the town, coin-operated washing machine and dryer, bar with terrace overlooking the large pool, open daily from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Castelnuovo del Garda, district Cavalcaselle. The holiday apartement is located in a holiday complex, on a 40000 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedce. The accommodation is situated in a panoramic location, in Castelnuovo del Garda, on the morainic hills, and covers an area of 42,000 m². Around the village there is a large and green park containing 3 pools and two playgrounds.

The apartment has equipment for small children: wooden bed/cot (with bars), bed linen and blankets for the cot, baby monitor, changing table, potty, bathing stool, high chair. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of six people + 1 baby (0-2 years old). The apartments are surrounded by hilly terrain. The restaurant overlooks the 1,400 square meter swimming pool. The beach volleyball court is located directly behind the mini club. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available on the street in front of the house. All guests have the opportunity to park their car near the apartment.

Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (in operation from mid-April to mid-September 25 m x 58 m 1.50 m deep). Paddling pool and children’s pool (16 m x 26 m 0.70 m deep). The pool area (2400 square metres with sun loungers and parasols) has 3 pools. A 120 cm deep and 50 m long pool is available to guests. The 480 m² children’s pool is surrounded by a sandy beach with children’s play areas. Next to the larger pool is the mini club, where multilingual entertainers offer a varied and age-appropriate programme for all children aged 4 to 12 in July and August. The pools are open SEASONALLY.
