I Mosaici 1 Apartment by Wonderful Italy

Lakefront apartment in Sirmione, in the prestigious Lugana area where the famous Lugana wine is born.



The apartment welcomes guests with the living room consisting of a double sofa bed, dining table with chairs, TV, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, electric kettle, juicer, coffee machine and toaster. The living room overlooks the covered patio equipped with an outdoor table with chairs for outdoor lunches and dinners and the private garden with deck chairs for relaxing moments during the summer on the lake!

The sleeping area, with the double bedroom with wardrobes, small hallway / closet, and the bathroom with shower complete the layout of the apartment.



*The pool is available from 1st of June to 30th of September.



*We inform our guests that the residence is currently undergoing renovations. Therefore, it is possible that there may be noise during the day.

"The pearl of Garda" is what the wonderful city of Sirmione is called. Starting from the historic walls of the city, tourists begin to discover its beauty with a visit to the Scaligero Castle and its Darsena. Next to the Castle begins the panoramic road that runs along Lake Garda, which offers unforgettable views. For cycling lovers, we suggest taking part in the itinerary to discover Lugana Wine, cycling through the vineyards. Surrounded by the plants of a suggestive park, the spa offers everything tourists need to regenerate and regain serenity and well-being, thanks to the curative sulphurous waters that flow warm from the bottom of the lake. Not to be missed is also Villa Callas, a residence that hosts musical events, and the wonderful beaches such as Lido delle Bionde or Jamaica beach.



Lake Garda also offers boat rentals, cycling on the hills, rock climbing, golf, wine tasting and typical local products and various excursions.

The apartment is easily accessible from the nearby Verona Villafranca Airport which is only 20 minutes away by car

Toll: Gepflegte Anlage mit sauberem Pool, sehr engagiertes Betreuungs-Team, Bettwäsche und Handtücher sehr sauber und frisch, tolle Lage direkt am See, auch zu Fuß schnell erreichbare Geschäfte, am Freitag den Wochenmarkt direkt nebenan auf dem Parkplatz, nette Begrüßungsgeste mit gekühltem Wasser im eingestellten Kühlschrank und Keksen. Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten: Steckdosen für Toaster, Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher sind nicht an der Arbeitsfläche sondern nur gegenüber am Boden über Mehrfachstecker - leider etwas ungewöhnlich. Die Hecken hinterlassen teilweise üble Dornen auf der Wiese. Ergo: Wir waren sehr zufrieden!!!

Super Lage, in die Jahre gekommenes Apartment

Der Aufenthalt war super. Die Lage übertrifft alles. Allerdings ist das Bad und die restliche Möblierung deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Trotzdem toller Urlaub, toller Ort, tolles Land!

Lage ist topp, leider ist die Wohnung etwas abgewohnt, besonders der Wohnraum müsste dringend renoviert werden, das Schlafsofa ist unbequem und extrem schmutzig, fleckig. Abends viele kleine Fliegen an der Wand über dem Schlafsofa. Schlafzimmer und Bad sind okay. Kleiner Abstellraum ist praktisch. Küchenzeile und Esstisch geht so. Könnte etwas liebevoller eingerichtet sein. Die Beleuchtung ist etwas dürftig. Es fehlt eine zweite Lichtquelle im Wohnraum. Die Terrasse: es fehlen ein paar Auflagen für die Stühle. Teilweise defekte Liegestühle, aber ausreichend vorhanden. Insgesamt ist es akzeptabel mit Abstrichen. Außenanlagen/ Pool sehr gepflegt. W-lan funktioniert gut. Das Beste ist die Lage, da alles in der Nähe bzw. fußläufig zu erreichen ist, auch die Badestelle vor der Haustüre ist toll, auch für Hunde. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit, die Einrichtung der Wohnung hat uns aber etwa enttäuscht, da wir teilweise wirklich schon besser gewohnt haben in Italien für vergleichbare Preise. Positiv war die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Sehr freundlich und schnell ansprechbar über WhatsApp.

Tolle Lage am See

Das Objekt hat eine sehr schöne Lage mit Zugang zum See. Allerdings liegt das Objekt in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Hauptverkehrsstraße. TV ist vorhanden, jedoch ohne SAT, keine deutschen Programme. In der Küchr fehlen ordentliche Töpfe und Pfannen. Zum Zentrum von Sirmione sind es ca. 5km. Pizzeria ist gleich nebenan.
