With two parking passes,6 guests can each have their own bedroom and plenty of space to hang-out with friends and family for a game weekend, graduation or any other occasion that brings you to Oxford. Fully equipped kitchen allows you to feel like home as you prep for game day or just relax and make plans to enjoy your time in this charming college town. Equipped with WiFi/Smart TV, and desk area so you work while away if need be. Location is everything and there aren’t many places closer to all activities at Ole Miss than The Turnberry. Everything you need is there in this ground floor condo with swimming pool available in season, tennis courts, gym and great parking. Also available to rent for the entire regular season through December 15th for a convenient price and the ability to use it as your home base for storing your tailgate decor and to use more than just a game weekend! I'm a current Ole Miss parent and licensed Realtor in Southeast Missouri. We are sharing our love of all things Ole Miss by sharing this property with people who are visiting Oxford and need a little bit more space than a hotel so that the entire family or friend group can stay together and make memories in our favorite college town! We know that Oxford is not an inexpensive destination, especially in the fall or on busy Ole Miss dates such as Graduation or Move-In, Parents Weekends, Baseball weekends, sports tournaments and concerts.

Why they chose this property

We chose The Turnberry over 6 years ago because of its proximity to Ole Miss and the walkability to the Vaught, the Grove, the Pavilion, and the Baseball complex. We know that there will always be newer and fancier options but those put you further and further away from where most of the activity is and parking can be a premium come game day! It's always location, location, location.

What makes this property unique

It is tastefully decorated, comfortable and on the ground floor, making it a great option for anyone who despises stairs or has mobility issues. We are also open to negotiating longer stays when possible for longer -term rental possibilities including the entire home regular season for football through 12/15/26 and will be opening our 2027 calendar in December.
