This beautiful Wilhelminian-style villa is distinguished by its distinctive architecture. It was completely renovated in 1995. The building contains 12 apartments. Guests have access to a washing machine/dryer and a locked bicycle storage area. Each holiday apartment comes with a parking space at the building. The beach is 50 metres away. Located between the piers in Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck, both town centers are just a few minutes’ walk away.



Villa Caprivi Apt. 3C:

Holiday Apartment 3 is a beautiful, spacious two-room apartment with a cosy living room featuring a sitting area, TV, and dining area. The living room leads out to a large covered terrace facing the promenade and the lake. The bedroom has a double bed and a closet. The bathroom has a tub with a shower enclosure. From the hallway, you can access the separate, fully equipped kitchen
The apartment includes a free parking space and has W-Lan



Check-in is from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m., and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

First time in Usedom and our accommodations could not have been more outstanding! The historic villa is wonderful and the private parking was fantastic. We loved the beautifully outfitted apartment especially the amazing terrace looking directly onto the Promenade and the sea. Hope to come back next year!
