The Ostseepark-Zempin holiday resort, newly built in 2011, is idyllically situated directly behind the dunes in the picturesque Baltic Sea resort town of Zempin. Thanks to its quiet, traffic-free location, you can hear the sound of the sea. The Baltic Sea resorts and the romantic countryside are easily accessible via the adjacent bike path.

Welcome to the spacious and stylishly furnished “Am Strand” holiday rental! Spanning two floors and offering approximately 79 m² of living space, a comfortable temporary home for up to 4 people awaits you.
A very special highlight is your own beach chair right on the beach, available to you seasonally—perfect for enjoying the fresh sea air and letting your mind wander.

With its cosy atmosphere and two balconies, the holiday rental invites you to relax and feel at home. On the east-facing balcony, you can enjoy the morning sun. On the large southwest-facing balcony, you can unwind from the stresses of daily life in the beach chair and enjoy a leisurely dinner. For families with children, there is a lovely playground and a barbecue area within the holiday complex on the large property.
You’ll receive a warm welcome at the front desk, where you’ll also find staff available to assist you daily. The apartment includes a shared laundry and drying room with 2 washing machines and a dryer (for a fee), a free parking space, and a separate bike shed that can accommodate up to 3 bicycles.
The “Am Strand” holiday apartment spans two floors. On the ground floor, you’ll find the living room with a flat-screen TV and radio, a large balcony, and a spacious bathroom with a window, shower, toilet, and hair dryer. The open-concept kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave with grill, and plenty of cutlery, glasses, and dishes. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms and a second bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as another balcony. During the colder months, the underfloor heating ensures cosy warmth.

This holiday rental, quietly situated at the end of the street, guarantees relaxation and privacy—yet it’s still the perfect starting point for relaxing days at the beach and excursions in the surrounding area.
