• The ground-floor apartment has two terraces facing south and west. The wooden terrace is mostly covered.




• Guests may use the DSL Internet access via Wi-Fi free of charge. This is a voluntary additional service and therefore not a feature of the holiday rental guaranteed under travel law. Accordingly, a rent reduction cannot be claimed in the event of a failure of the system or parts thereof, or even of a router.




• This holiday rental is wheelchair-accessible, featuring a large walk-in shower and interior doors approximately 90 cm wide. The apartment is accessible at ground level.




• Dogs are welcome in our ground-floor apartment. (We charge a surcharge of only 5 euros per night for the dog.) The cost of the final cleaning increases by an additional 30 euros.




• A washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board are available for shared use in the house.




• Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.

• Charging batteries (e.g., for electric bicycles) is only permitted under constant supervision and when someone is present (risk of fire and explosion)

The apartment includes 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom, 1 living room with a dining area, 1 kitchen with built-in appliances, 1 hallway with a bunk bed behind a room divider, 1 large covered wooden deck, 1 terrace, and 1 parking space.



- Living room with a sofa, coffee table, TV, sideboard, and an armchair that can also be used as an extra bed. This sleeper chair has a sleeping surface measuring 85 x 195 cm and is equipped with a standard mattress;
- The dining area features a dining table with 6 chairs;
- Kitchen with built-in cabinets, dishwasher, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, blender, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and plenty of dishes;
- The wooden deck is furnished with a table and 4 chairs;
- The bathroom features a sink, a toilet, a towel-drying radiator, and a large, floor-level tiled shower;
- Hallway with a coat rack; behind a three-panel sliding door is a bunk bed;
- All floors are tiled;
- There is one parking space for this apartment next to the building;



From the apartment, you have a magnificent view of the Achterwasser and can also enjoy the beautiful sunsets.

The holiday apartments are located in a beautiful new thatched-roof house, nestled in a stunning landscape and surrounded by other charming thatched-roof houses.



• Our guests can use our DSL Wi-Fi internet access free of charge.

• A bike shed on the property is available for guests to use.

• The garden is available for use by all residents of the house. It also features a bocce court and a sandpit.

• The initial supply of bed linens and towels is included in the total booking price in accordance with the Price Terms and Conditions (PreisAgV) and is preselected. The linens package can be deselected if desired.

• We ask for your cooperation in conserving energy (heating, electricity, water) to protect the climate and conserve resources.

• You can store your bicycles in a storage room near the car park.




• During peak season, our guests can check in and out of the ground-floor apartment from Monday through Saturday and of the upstairs apartment from Sunday through Friday. Check-in and check-out on a holiday are not possible. Please take this into account when planning your holiday.
