Living in a Gründerzeit house: Unique, cozy & a bit more beautiful!

The modern loft apartment is located in a beautiful Gründerzeit house in the Hof city center. Pedestrian zone and train station are each only a few minutes walk away.

The loft has a kitchenette, a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a free-standing bathtub as well as a floor-level shower. The ceiling spotlights can be adjusted in color to create an individually cozy ambiance for bathing.

The accomodation

The kitchenette has a microwave, a kettle, a refrigerator, a small freezer and enough dishes. Champagne glasses for romantic evenings are also at hand. The light of the ceiling spots in the open bathroom area can be adjusted by remote control, so guests can create an individually cozy ambience for an extensive bath. The toilet is located separately from the bathroom area and can be shut off. The shower is modern and floor-level.

For longer stays, we are happy to provide a separate induction hotplate and matching pan & pot upon request.

The electricity for the apartment comes 100% from sustainable sources.

How you get there

Coming from the train station, you can reach the apartment in a maximum of 10 minutes by foot. There you can check in independently with a key safe. With one of the two keys you get into the historic staircase, the other key unlocks the apartment. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the Gründerzeit building. Unfortunately, there is no elevator due to preservation restrictions.

By car, guests can park directly on the street in front of the house free of charge. However, you should be a little careful, because in some places in the street is an absolute no-parking sign.
