The holiday rental is located in the "Grüne Düne," one of the most beautiful apartment complexes in Baabe, whose architecture—with its Mediterranean-style arched windows, terraces, and colour scheme—makes it truly special. The building houses a total of 23 exclusive holiday apartments, as well as a sauna, coin-operated washing machine and dryer, and an lift. Bicycle parking is also available. The fine sandy beach is about 100 metres away, where you can enjoy long walks on the beach—not just during the swimming season. You can plan trips to various attractions, as well as visit cafés and restaurants, all just a few minutes’ walk from the Grüne Düne.

The bright, Mediterranean-style, non-smoking holiday apartment “Am Dünenwald,” with an area of approximately 38 m², is located on the 2ndfloor of the building and offers ample space for up to 2 adults + 1 toddler up to 3 years old in a travel cot. You can easily reach the apartment by lift. The living area stands out thanks to its floor-to-ceiling windows. The living area is complemented by a couch with a coffee table, an armchair, a smart TV and DVD player, Wi-Fi, a radio with CD player, and solid wood furniture. The modern, adjacent small kitchenette blends seamlessly with the living area and its dining nook. It features a stainless-steel sink, a 3-zone glass-ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave-exhaust hood combination, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, an egg cooker, and various kitchen utensils. This way, you can enjoy every meal. The bedroom features a double bed (2 x 0.80 m x 2.00 m) with cold-foam mattresses, a TV, a large wardrobe, storage space, blackout curtains, and a safe. The en suite bathroom, featuring non-slip tiles, a sink, a built-in corner shower, a hair dryer, a makeup mirror, a toilet, and a heated towel rack, rounds out the apartment’s amenities. The furnished balcony, facing south/west, is accessible from the living room, where you’ll also find a screen door. From here, you can enjoy the sun and the sunset. The balcony is also equipped with an automatic awning. One pet (no cats) is allowed for a fee. A parking space (No. 19) is included and available in front of the house. You can park rented or personal bicycles in front of the house. In the basement, there is a laundry room (washing machine/dryer) as well as a sauna, which you can use for an additional fee. You can book an initial linen package (complete set of bed linens, 1 shower towel, 2 small hand towels) for an additional fee up to 14 days before arrival, or you can bring your own to supplement it. If you book 2 or more packages, you’ll receive 1 tea towel and 1 shower mat as a one-time bonus.
