Great location in Ft.Collins! Home is perfect for 3 families as each have their own floor essentially. The TV being in the basement or on the 3rd floor was the challenge for my mother who has bad knees and has trouble navigating steps. Back patio was lovely for morning coffee and conversation. Neighborhood was great to walk in.
