This inviting bi-level home is just minutes from Old Town Fort Collins and CSU, putting you close to local breweries, restaurants, coffee shops, parks, shopping, and some of the best attractions in town. Whether you're visiting for a CSU game, a weekend getaway, work trip, or extended stay, this central location makes getting around Fort Collins easy. Please note that the home requires stairs and is located on Mulberry Street, a busy main road.



Designed with both comfort and fun in mind, the home offers plenty of space for families and groups to spread out. After a day exploring Fort Collins, relax in the private hot tub, enjoy drinks around the fire pit, grill dinner outside, or unwind in the fully fenced private yard. Inside, you'll find comfortable living areas, a foosball table, reading nook, and built-in workspace.



Dogs are welcome and can enjoy the fenced yard too. All dogs must be added to the guest list, and we ask that guests please clean up after their pets.
