Ground floor: fitted kitchen opening onto living room, shower room/WC. First floor: mezzanine/layer (1 bed 90x190cm), lower attic bedroom (1 bed 160x200cm). Covered terrace, plancha, small garden. Common room with washing machine. Menthon beach and château 7 km, Annecy 12 km. Thônes 7 km away. Aravis ski resorts (La Clusaz / Le Grand-Bornand) 18 km. Geneva 50 km away.
