You’ll live in a very quiet cul-de-sac in an end-of-row house with its own driveway and gate.
On the ground floor, you’ll find the inviting, fully equipped kitchen-diner and the separate living area with access to the patio. There is also a guest bathroom and a coat closet. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: the master bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds plus a wooden bunk bed for children.
The shower room is located in the middle of the floor plan and features a washing machine and natural light.
