Beautiful & spacious home in Port A

We had a wonderful time in Port A! Your home there is BEAUTIFUL and it was the perfect location for us to stay near the beach and town. The weather was perfect and we enjoyed a nice breeze while we explored the town on our golf cart. It was my first time staying at Palmilla and we thought that it was the perfect location (even closer to everything than Cinnamon Shore). The home was very spacious and had everything that we needed.

Sunset on ninth is a beautiful property. Location is close to both pools beach access and restaurant access. This property has got four large, beautiful master bedrooms and a bunk room which is wonderful for several families. Stay on this property. Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation in Port Aransas.

Perfect location! A minute drive to the beach, 5 minutes or less to plenty of restaurants, gas stations, and gift shops! Watched the sunset from the balcony. Super roomy and clean. Can’t wait to stay here again!!

Days in Palmilla

Four King Beds were comfortable, and the layout was good for multiple couples. Outside unit on golf course gives a nice view and sunset from the balconies.

Perfect place

The place is immaculate with fantastic finishes. Each of the four bedroom suites has a fantastic bath attached and there is plenty of common space on the main living floor to gather and spend time. Our kids loved the bunk area as well. Such a great place with easy access to the pool, golf course, and beach, we are spoiled for staying anywhere else. Kudos to the owners for making such a hospitable place’

Gorgeous property and amazing staff

We initially booked our trip back in December; however, the property became unavailable. The Vacasa staff was amazing at helping us locate another property and helping us every step of the way. Our trip went off without a hitch. We could not be more grateful for the tremendous service they provided.

Sunset on 9th

We had a great stay at Sunset on 9th, and would definitely stay here again. 4 king bedrooms/bathrooms plus a bunk room was a huge bonus for our 2 families. The beds were very comfortable and the entire condo was beautifully furnished. We brought our own golf cart and loved how easy it was to go across the bridge to the beach, or get to the pool. It was easy to rent beach chairs through guest services and they set it up for you in the morning. The condo and neighborhood of Palmilla reminds me of 30A in Florida so I love having this option here in Texas. We will be back and would love to stay here again!

Beautiful, clean and spacious home

The house was just what our two families needed for a beach getaway weekend! The kids had a ton of fun exploring the bunk bed room, the adults enjoyed the spacious kitchen and living area. The bedrooms are all really nice and so comfortable. Palmilla Beach is beautiful and all the amenities are so nice - especially in October when there are not many people there :) The only downside for us in the house was the number of stairs with a bunch of little kids.

Great vacation home!

We enjoyed our stay at Spanish Dagger. The house was close to the pool and restaurants and not far from the boardwalk going to the beach. The balcony overlooks the golf course and Hwy 361. We had an issue with the ceiling fans/lights and needed more kitchen towels and the Property Manager came by as soon as he could to take care of the problem. Overall, I would say it is a lovely house. Great beds and just enough room for 8 people to sleep comfortably.

Reasonable Rental Price, Outrageous Management Fees..

The layout of the house was perfect for our group. We are all seniors 70+ but the three levels was manageable. Very clean. Beds were comfortable. Not many amenities offered in house. The kitchen is VERY sparsely stocked… Be prepared to bring everything you need; right down to coffee filters and spices

Name truly speaks for itself. Loved watching the sunset over the golf course every day. House was perfect for our family. Small kids and pregnant wife had no trouble getting up to the third floor where the bedrooms were. My in laws stayed in the first floor BR. Loved the space and had no trouble using access codes or using the WiFi. A/C worked great. House was clean with plenty of amenities. My 7 year old daughter loved the bunk room. Will definitely return!

Cute but tons of construction

There is SO much construction nextdoor. First thing we got a nail in our tire. It’s very loud, if you like to sleep in, this isn’t the place for you. It’s a lovely little spot other than that, very close to the pool, inside was clean and cute. After all of the construction is complete the experience would be much better.
