2023-159752 “Mi Casa Es Su Casa" is a 4 bedroom with 4 bathroom, three story, newly rebuilt luxury villa with views of the ocean and bay from the multiple decks. Enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee in the mornings and create a toast to those you share the sunsets with in the evenings. Our home is located in a small private, beach access neighborhood with a community pool and a walking boardwalk to the beach. Our home is about an 8 minute walk to the beach.

Upon entering the home on ground level you will find the garage-converted game room with a 65" TV, shuffleboard table, poker table, life-size connect four game, bar with stools, family games and queen size sleeper sofa. Also on the first floor is a full bathroom and laundry room for your use. Off the game room area to the exterior of the home is the fenced yard, a covered patio with gas grill and outdoor shower.

Second level is where you will find the luxury fully-stocked gorgeous kitchen, family room, full bathroom and bunk bedroom. Our goal was to provide our guests with a home full of amenities that makes them feel like they are truly on vacation! There is a newly added deck off of the kitchen where the ocean and sunrises can be viewed. Our kitchen is equipped with a coffee bar that has dual coffee makers, a wine bar with a separate beverage refrigerator, high-end stainless appliances, extensive cook and bakeware, double oven, TV above the refrigerator, large family-sized island to share so many memories and meals! The kitchen flows into the family room that has a large comfy sectional sofa, 65" TV with surround sound, game table and a wall of sliding glass doors that open out to the bayside deck. Enter the bunk room through double barn sliding doors where there are two queen size beds, a 55" TV and two overstuffed, fun bean bag chairs.

The primary bedroom and bathroom, two secondary bedrooms with a Jack n Jill bathroom are located on the third level. Primary bedroom has a king size bed, sitting area with a queen size sleeper sofa, 55" TV and glass sliding door opening to deck. Enter the spa-like primary bathroom through a sliding barn style door to find so much!! Separate stand alone shower that has 3 shower heads and a bench seat, contemporary freestanding soaking tub that is a beautiful center piece, lighted mirrors at both vanities and another deck looking out over the bay. The master closet is huge with custom craftsmanship finish-outs including built-in drawers, cabinets and tons of hanging space. The two secondary bedrooms are furnished exactly the same with queen size beds and 50" televisions. The Jack n Jill bathroom has a double vanity and shower tub combo.
