Villa Goran with pool

Villa Goran is a villa built in Dalmatian style with a stone façade.

The house has two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed, as well as a bedroom with a double bed on the 2nd floor. There are two bathrooms. In total, Villa Goran can accommodate 6 to 8 people. The villa has a large terrace with a private, heated swimming pool of 24m², as well as a pergola with seating area and grill.



The living area is 210m² and all areas are air-conditioned.



On the ground floor of the house there is a living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and the dining area for 6-8 people, a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine, as well as access to the terrace.



On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms, 1 bathroom and the terrace with a stunning sea view.

On the 2nd floor there is another bedroom with a double bed, as well as a living area with a sofa, which provides sleeping space for 2 additional people.



Bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided.



The garden is designed with Mediterranean plants, olive trees and palms, the property is surrounded by cascading walls.

Pets are welcome (max. 3 dogs, up to 25kg weight, surcharge 100 EUR per dog).

Parking spaces for several cars are directly at the house, on private grounds, reserved for guests.
