Beautiful semi-detached house "Eja". 2.5 km from the centre of Plovanija, 5 km from the centre of Buje, 10 km from the centre of Portorož, in a quiet position, 8.5 km from the sea, 10 km from the beach. Private: property 100 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular (7 x 4 m, depth 145 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace (15 m2), garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, storage room for bicycles, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 2.5 km, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop "Buje" 5 km, rocky beach "Kanegra" 12 km. Walking paths from the house 100 m, cycle lane 150 m. Please note: Owner lives in separate semi-detached house. Airfield 64 km from the property.

Tolle Unterkunft und tolle Gastgeberin

Wir waren eine Woche im Haus von S. Die Begrüßung war herzlich und das Haus ist genau so wie in der Anzeige dargestellt - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.  Die Lage ist gut, um Istrien zu erkunden, aber auch der Strand (z.B. Umag) ist zeitnah mit dem Auto zu erreichen.  Die Einrichtung sowie die Ausstattung sind hervorragend und es war an alles Wichtige gedacht ( z.B. Küchenausstattung, Fliegengitter, Außenbereich).
