You’re only about 500 m from the fine sandy beach, and the pier is just about 650 m away. The idyllic coastal forest begins right behind the house, inviting you to explore. 

The partially covered terrace, which opens directly onto the living area, is the perfect spot for a relaxing breakfast in the sun, cosy summer evenings with a glass of wine, or simply to unwind and feel at ease. 

A free parking space for your car is available right in front of the property. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. You can bring your own linens, as well as a cot or high chair, if desired, or rent them for a fee. The double bed in the bedroom has an H3-firmness mattress and is 160 cm wide.

The lively centre of Zinnowitz, with its restaurants and small shops, is just a few minutes’ walk away. Take advantage of the well-developed network of bike paths to explore the beautiful island of Usedom—you’ll find bike rentals practically everywhere!

The apartment is wheelchair-accessible, with no steps, offering you convenient access to all rooms and the terrace. It features a spacious, open-concept living/dining area that’s perfect for relaxing. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you could ask for—here you’ll find everything you need to prepare your favourite meals: plenty of dishes, a toaster, a coffee maker, a kettle, a dishwasher, a microwave, an electric stove with an oven, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. 

With free Wi-Fi, you can easily check your emails or browse the internet. A modern smart TV provides entertainment. 

The bedroom features a double bed (160x200) with a rustic frame and an H3-firmness mattress, inviting you to enjoy restful nights. The convenient bathroom, located right next door, features a shower and a toilet—everything you need for a comfortable stay! 

A free parking space for your car is available right in front of the property. You can bring your own linens, as well as a cot or high chair, if desired, or add them to your booking for a fee.
