The kitchen is a built-in kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, and a pull-out table with 4 chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, a coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle.

The bedroom features a queen-size bed, a single bed, and a wardrobe.

The living room is furnished with a pull-out corner sofa, satellite TV, a radio, and a small set of side tables. From the sunroom, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the lake.



The villa in Sassnitz was built in 1878 as a guesthouse and is located in the oldest part of Sassnitz’s historic district. The villa contains three holiday apartments, all of which offer a great view of the Baltic Sea.

In the narrow alleys around the villa, there’s a cosy brasserie that doesn’t close until the last guest has left. During peak season, they feature live music. Everything is within about a 2-minute walk. The bakery, which offers breakfast, is also just around the corner.

The Sassnitz beach promenade borders the property directly, so you can quickly reach the seafood restaurants, boat bars, boat docks, the pier, and many small (art) shops and stores can be reached in no time.

Information on cultural events and dance parties is available on-site at the tourist information office at the foot of the pier.

The nearest sandy beach is located south of Sassnitz in the Mukran district, about 10 km away, and can be reached quickly by both car and public transport.



Check-in is from 3:00 to 18:00, and check-out is from 07:00 to 10:00.
